Standard Shipping

Our standard shipping service follows strict guidelines to ensure safe and timely delivery of your merchandise through trusted courier service providers. In case you notice any tampering or damage to the packaging of the product upon delivery, please refuse to accept the package and immediately contact our customer care team at 99204 13246. We will do our best to arrange for a replacement delivery as soon as possible.

“How long will it take for the delivery?

We aim to process your order within 2-5 business days after receiving it. In case your order gets delayed for any reason, we will contact you to inform you about the same.

Once the order is shipped, it usually takes 1-3 working days for delivery in major cities. However, for other locations, the delivery may take a few additional days. In certain remote areas, the delivery time may even exceed five days. For products weighing more than 5 kilos, we may use surface mode for shipping, which may take up to fifteen days for delivery.

Please note that we are not responsible for any delay caused by unexpected delays by courier companies in delivering the parcels to customers or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.”

Can I have my stuff delivered on a selected day?

Sorry, our courier company does not allow delivery date requests. However, they will try a repeat delivery if you are not available during the initial attempt.

Can I request associate categorical delivery by creating additional payment?

We strive to deliver merchandise purchased from aldosadventure.com in excellent condition and as quickly as possible. However, we currently do not offer any specialized delivery options.

How abundant do I have to get delivery?                                         

We charge a shipping fee of ₹60 for every order. However, for certain odd-shaped or heavy items, the vendor may add a small delivery fee to reduce their logistics costs. Please note that any duty charges associated with entry taxes will be borne by the customer, where applicable.

May I open the COD parcel before making the payment?

Sorry, but we do not offer an open delivery system at Aldo’s Adventure. If you encounter any issues with the product, please feel free to contact our customer care team at 99204 13246 between 11 AM and 8 PM. They will be happy to assist you.

How can I track my order?

We will send you updates on your order status via email. You will receive a docket number and a link to the courier company’s website to track your package. If you have trouble reading your emails or if you don’t receive any updates, you can contact our customer care team at 9920413246 (available from 11 AM to 8 PM) or email us at aldosadventuregear@gmail.com.

Can I return the order to the courier agent and take my cash back from him?

We apologize for any inconvenience, but unfortunately, the courier agent is a third party and cannot accept returns or provide cash refunds for returned products. Please refer to our Return Policy for further details on how to proceed with returns and refunds.

Does Aldo’s Adventure deliver products outside India?

Currently, Aldo’s Adventure doesn’t deliver items internationally. However, you are invited to make purchases on the website from anywhere in the world and request delivery within India.

My items haven’t arrived yet. What can I do?                              

If you haven’t received your items yet, please note that it may take up to 15 business days from the day you received the order confirmation for your items to be delivered. You will receive regular updates on the status of your order via email. If you experience any issues with reading the emails or if you haven’t received any updates, please feel free to contact our customer care team at 99204 13246 between 11 AM and 8 PM or send us an email at aldosadventuregear@gmail.com. We’ll be happy to assist you.

You do not ship to my area. Why?

If you are unable to receive our delivery in your area, please note that we are constantly working on updating our delivery network and expanding our serviceable locations. The availability of reliable messenger partners in your area and legal restrictions on shipping certain products to your location are some of the factors that determine our delivery coverage. However, we don’t want you to miss out on our products and services, so please don’t hesitate to email us. We can try to provide you with a pickup location near your delivery address.
